Penny

  Penny is about 10 wks old.  She is considered a mini aussie.  Penny is very smart and is a very playful with her doggie companions.
  Since she is still a baby, Penny is learning about doggie manners and housebreaking.

Lindsay

  Lindsay is deaf and  a real sweetheart.  She is very well mannered and loves her human and doggie companions!
  She walks very nicely on a leash and enjoys car rides.

Panda

  Panda is about 7 months old.  She is a deaf Australian Cattle Dog.  Panda will need a home familiar
  with the needs of a cattle dog.  She is very smart and active.

Jelena

  This cutie bug is about 7 months old.  She is housebroken and crate trained. Jelena plays well with
  other dogs and loves people including kids.  She is a parvo survivor.  Jelena will be a nice medium sized girl when full grown. 
  Although she is deaf and blind in one eye, she has no problems getting around!

Lars

  This sweetie was named after an enchanting polar bear cub from a children's book.  Lars is a deaf and vision impaired  6 month old.  
  He is housebroken with a doggie door.  He is an active boy that likes a doggie companion  that can keep up with his play style.  
  Lars is good with kids.

  Lars is current on vaccinations and scheduled to be micro-chipped and neutered.

Magic

                  Adopted

  Magic was one of the lucky ones.....pulled from the Missouri puppy mills by a fellow rescue group that makes the journey several
  times yearly to save all they can.   Magic was born on 1/2/2009 and is considered a merle cocker spaniel.  Apparently the cockers
  have joined the ranks of merle to merle breeding. He is deaf and has a large coloboma in his right eye.  This eye deformity is
  restricting his vision out of that eye.  He is already being treated for ear infections.  Magic is a happy and playful little boy that gets
 along well with other dogs, cats, and loves people! 

  Magic is current on vaccinations.  He will be micro-chipped and neutered prior to adoption.

       

  Quigley

  Quigley is an awesome boy about 2 yrs old.  He is very personable and gets along with dogs,  cats, and kids. 
   He rides well in a car and has good leash manners.  Quigley is housebroken.

   Quigley is neutered, current on vaccinations, and micro-chippped.

Selah

                  Adopted

  Selah is a medium sized girl that has both hearing and vision, although neither are perfect.  She
  is doggie door trained and a great companion playmate for other doggies and of course people too!
  Selah has been around both horses and goats.  She is also crate trained.

Nicky

  Nicky is 1 yr old and a real sweetheart.  He is deaf and very vision impaired, but is very confident
  of the world.  He gets along well with other dogs and cats...and he loves to play.

Tyne

                  Adopted

 (Tyne) Valentyne is a wonderful little girl full of energy.  She is 9 months old and weighs 25 lbs so she will be a smaller dog. 
  She plays very well with other dogs and has learned to calm down and take naps with the rest of them during the day. 
  In her current foster home she lives with a blind dog, deaf dogs and older dogs and respects them all and fits in well. 

  She walks on a leash nicely and listens to her basic commands that she has learned.  She is housebroken. 
  Valentyne rides in the car well in her crate and long trips.  She loves to play fetch, catch balls and is learning to play Frisbee. 
  Valentyne would do well with an active family and would most likely enjoy the company of other animals in the home. 
  She can see and hear perfectly fine and is a healthy happy dog! 
 

  Tyne is current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed.

Mac

  This deaf big guy is about 4-5 yrs old. He is twice the size he should be, currently weighing in at 90 lbs.
  Mac has been put on a healthy exercise and weight loss diet.  He has a wonderful personality and will make
  a great companion.  Mac is crate trained, rides nicely in a car, and gets along very well with other
  dogs, and kids.  Cats are unknown at this point in time.  Sadly Mac was at the shelter because his family became
  jobless and lost their home.  He is hoping for another family to love and care for him. 
  Mac has plenty of love to give in return!

Brooke

  This sweetheart is about 6-8 months old.  She may be a little hearing impaired. Brooke is a smaller girl and is currently about 25 lbs.
  Brooke gets along great with everyone including kitties.

  Brooke is current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and spayed.

Dali

                           Adopted

  This beautiful girl was dumped at the pound by  her owners who were moving away.  She hears and sees just fine.  
  Dali is a bit overweight and about 8 yrs old. She is very very sweet and would make a wonderful companion!

River

  River is a blind mini aussie.  She is a beautiful girl with a personality to match. This cutie is a lover with very nice manners.

Summer

                            Adopted

  Summer is almost 3 months old and is a BC/Aussie mix.  She is very sweet as all puppies are.  Summer has
  normal vision and may have a slight hearing impairment.

  Summer is current on vaccinations and micro-chipped.  Depending on age at time of adoption, a spay contract
  will be required.

Noah

                            Adopted

  From Noah's foster mom:

  Noah is approximately 9 - 12 months old. He was picked up as a stray by Pima Animal Control. After about 6 days at the pound, 
  Noah was placed on the Euthanasia list because they believed he had some hearing issues and had full blown kennel cough.
  Amazing Aussies was able to rescue this sweet boy and place him in a foster home. 

  As Noah walked into his new foster home he was very wobbley and weak and very shy and cautious. After a much needed trip to the
  Vet,   antibiotics, lots of food and love, Noah is now on the road to recovery. Once settled into his foster home, Noah figured out the
  doggie door pretty quickly and has not had one single accident in the house.He isn't a chewer at all and has very good house manners.
  He has not needed to be crated because he is very trustworthy to be left alone in the house with the other dogs. I don't think Noah had
  much of puppyhood. He is learning what toys are and how to play with the other dogs in the house. Chance has now got him romping
  with her and playing tug-o-war. Noah has a pretty mellow disposition, he goes with the flow with what the other dogs are doing.
  He is a bit of a velcro dog - he loves to follow me around everywhere I go in the house - but I think this is something he will probably out
  grow once he feels safe, secure and is settled into his forever home. He is a very smart boy, he has already learned how to "sit" on
  command (when there is a treat involved) and is very eager to learn and please his people.

Riley

  Riley is a deaf and blind Australian Cattle Dog mix.  He is good with other dogs and kitties.
  This sweet boy is medium sized, housebroken and crate trained!  He loves to go for walks, and is
  a great companion to snuggle with.

Dale

  Dale is a 4 month old deaf boy.  He has a more laid-back personality and gets along great with other dogs.
  He should have no issues with cats or kids.  Chip and Dale are brothers.

Durango

  Durango is deaf and about 8 months old.  He currently is fostered with kids, cats, dogs, and horses.  Durango is a sweet and

Dixie

  Dixie is an adorable deaf 3 month old sweetie.  She is almost housebroken and is a favorite with the
  other dogs...both young and old.   Dixie is a border collie/ aussie mix and  of course, very smart!  She will be a great
  active companion.

Jasmine

  Jasmine is a petite little girl.  She can be a little shy initially, but is a very loving girl.  Jasmine likes to
  follow you around and just hang out with you.  She is just starting to play with the other dogs and her
  foster human family.  Jasmine is about 1.5 yrs old and is deaf. 

Buddy

  Buddy came to Amazing Aussies from Wyoming.  He is approximately 18 months old,  is
  good with kids, cats, and other dogs.  He does have hearing and some vision.  Buddy is very
  smart and easily trainable.  He does fairly well on the leash and knows how to sit and stay.  He
  also rides very well in a car.  Buddy really loves to sleep on the bed with his humans!  He is a
  cuddly boy and will be a wonderful member of a family of his own.

  Dottie

  This beautiful deaf girl is 6 years old and has impeccable manners.   She gets along great with her foster siblings and is an
  all around great dog.

Aspen

  Aspen is a 10 wk old partially deaf and blind love bug.  She has quickly captured the hearts of all those that worked to rescue her.
  She is a very confident girl and loves to play with her doggie companions.

Emma & Ellie

  These gorgeous girls are about 12 wks old.  Emma (left) is able to see and hear although neither is
  perfect.  Ellie (right) has the better vision, and is deaf.  Both have great personalities and love to play.

Blanca

                     Adopted

   Blanca is a fun loving girl that has both hearing and vision...although neither are perfect.  She was
  originally adopted out through Amazing Aussies, but unfortunately a change in her mom's working
  schedule warranted her return to us.  Blanca would do best with another doggie companion that
  would like to play as well.  She a good traveler and would enjoy hiking and camping too!

  Blanca is about 9 months old, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed.  She is also
  housebroken and crate trained.

  Juneau

  Juneau is a beautiful 3 month old deaf girl. She is an active girl that likes to play with her doggie friends.
  She is doing well with leash training and uses a doggie door.

  Juneau was found abandoned in a supermarket parking lot along with siblings Charlotte, Savannah, and Carson.

  Rudy is 4 months old and absolutely beautiful.   Rudy is deaf and an active, playful boy.  He gets along well with other dogs and would do best
  in a home with a doggie playmate!

Jewel

  This spunky girl is about 7 months old.  She is deaf and vision impaired in one eye.  Jewel will be a small girl when all grown up
  as she weighs in at about 23 lbs. currently.  She is good with kids, cats, and other dogs that like to play at her activity level.

  Jewel is spayed, current on vaccinations, and micro-chipped.

Belize

  Belize is approximately 3 months old.   She is progressing well for her age learning basic hand signals for basic commands.
  Belize loves to play tug-o-war with her foster sisters and her favorite thing is chasing after a tennis ball. She is crate trained
  and she is almost housetrained. If she has an accident it is usually on a puppy pad. Gets along great with other dogs and cats.
  Foster mom calls her  "my little duckling" because she follows her everywhere and has to know everything she's doing. The best
  thing about Belize is that when she looks up at you, the expression on her face is as though she is looking up at her hero.
  She absolutely adores people and loves giving puppy kisses :)

  Destiny is a beautiful deaf girl with gorgeous eyes!  Check out that natural eyeliner!  She is great with other doggies
  and kids.  I'm sure kitties would be fine too.

McGraw

Adopted

  McGraw has some hearing and some vision. He easily engages his sister and foster siblings in play and can be a little snuggle bug.
  He is currently in puppy kindergarten and puppy play groups to teach him socialization and basic commands, using a whistle to work with his level of hearing>

  McGraw and Faith are siblings.  Both pups are taking to crate training and house training very quickly.

Talia

  Talia is an adorable 4 month old little girl.  We think she may be either a mini or will be of smaller size
  when grown up.  Talia is deaf and her vision is limited to very close objects.  She likes to play, and
  is housebroken using a doggie door.  Like all Aussies, Talia is a smart girl.  She is a great playmate to
  her foster siblings and loves to have fun!

 Dozer is a big boy that has both his hearing and vision.  He was adopted almost 3 yrs ago, and now due
  to a life changing commitment by his current owners (missionary work outside the country), he is in
  need of a forever home.   Dozer is a great dog that loves his humans.  He is definitely a man's dog
  and would do best in a home with a male influence.   Dozer previously lived with a yorkie and a kitty.  He
  is a graduate of doggie obedience school and is crate trained.

  Dozer is neutered, micro-chipped and current on vaccinations.  He is about 4 yrs old.
