Cali

             Adopted

  Cali is sweet as sugar and becomes wiggly for everyone that she meets.  Though her eyes are a bit underdeveloped they seem
  to work fairly well, as do her ears.   She was left behind by people that moved and she has shown some separation anxiety, but she's
  quickly learning that she won't be abandoned again and in only a few weeks has become far more confident. Cali can be a little nervous
  when meeting new dogs, but she gets along well with her canine roommates and really enjoys romping with them.  She loves kids,
  playing in puddles after it rains, chew toys, and she takes treats like a lady instead of gobbling down.

Ariel

               Adopted

  Ariel received her name because she is a water princess.  She thinks water bowls are very fun to play in!  Ariel is deaf and although
  her eyes aren't perfect, they work well.  She is approximately 5 months old.  Ariel is very friendly and gets along great with other dogs.
  Her personality should make her a good candidate for kitty friends as well.  She recently attended a Diamondbacks game and was
  quite the popular girl.

  Ariel is current on vaccinations, spayed, and micro-chipped.

Wave

  Wave is a young lady with a wonderful personality.  She hears and sees just fine, although one eye is a bit smaller
  than normal.   Wave gets along great with other dogs and lives with kitties too.  She is around horses with no problems.
  She is not good with chickens.

Emma Maya

                Adopted 

  Emma Maya is about 18 months old.  She has an eye that is not formed, but is able to see well with her
  other eye.  Emma Maya is well behaved, housebroken, and does well on car rides.  She is a great
  people dog and likes to play with her doggie friends. She is also good with cats and small animals.

Sarah

                 Adopted

  Sarah is a very sweet senior girl and also a Great Pyrenees.  As with most seniors, Sarah has some hearing loss
  and hip issues.  She is happiest being a love sponge!  Sarah is a very calm personality and gets along great
  with other dogs. 

  Sarah is current on vaccinations and micro-chipped.  She will be spayed prior to adoption.

Nike
 

  Nike is a young girl approximately 3 yrs old.  She is deaf and very vision impaired.  She is
  able to distinguish light and dark as well as seem some shapes. 

  Nike has some OCD behavior with pacing, but is learning to relax and enjoy quiet time with the
  rest of her doggie friends.  She is very sweet and loving.....and especially loves to give lots of
  kisses!! 

Faith

  Faith is completely blind and deaf, but she does not let that stop her. She fearlessly explores her foster parent's yard and plays wonderfully with her brother and all
  of her foster siblings. She is currently in puppy kindergarten and puppy play groups to teach her socialization and basic commands

  McGraw (adopted)  and Faith are siblings.  Both pups are taking to crate training and house training very quickly.  She has a very unique and beautiful coat...looking much
  like a mini afghan!

Grace

  Grace flew in with her brother Baron special delivery by a wonderful organization called Pilots N Paws.   She is blind but has
  partial hearing.  Grace loves people and is great with other dogs.

  April is a deaf young adult.  Although April's eyes are perfect, she can get around just fine.  She gets along great with
  other dogs and cat.

  Ruby

                 Adopted

  This beautiful girl is about 4 months old.  She is blind and has bi-lateral hearing.  Although Ruby had a rough start in life,
  she is now doing very well.  She has a wonderful easy going personality and is great with her foster siblings.

Bentley

                    Adopted

  Bentley is a beautiful red deaf and mostly blind sweetheart.  He is a year old and a has a great easy going personality.
  We were told Bentley has some St. Bernard in him...and it sure looks like that could be the case!  He will be a big boy
  when all grown up.   Bentley uses a doggie door and would be considered housebroken.  He has his doggie manners and
  plays well with his doggie companions.  Based on his personality, we think he could be a potential therapy dog.  He is very
  gentle and is great with kids.

Elsa

                    Adopted

  Elsa is a beautiful little girl that is full of personality.  She is deaf and blind, but has earned the nickname
  "Dora the Explorer" as she is a very confident girl and has quickly learned all about her surroundings.
  Elsa is approximately 3 yrs old.  She is a sibling to Blaine and Thatcher. (both of which have been
  adopted!)  Elsa would love to have a forever home of her own! 

Mocha
 

Mocha is about 3 yrs old and quite the handsome boy.  He is vision impaired.  Mocha gets very attached to his people and is very
  loving. .He has done well with his foster siblings.

 Angel

                   Adopted

  Angel is almost 2 yrs old and about 25 lbs.  She is deaf and vision impaired.  Angel is great with other dogs, cats, and kids.
  She is housebroken and has nice house manners.

  Angel was surrendered to a shelter by her previous owner.

  Angel is spayed, current on vaccinations, and micro-chipped.

Marlee
 

                 Adopted

 Marlee is approximately 18 months old.  She is deaf and vision impaired, having the best vision
 out one eye.  Marlee gets along well with other dogs of all sizes as well as kitties.  She will be
 medium size when all grown up.

  Marlee knows basic hand signal commands and is housebroken. Marlee is a very confident girl and likes to explore her surroundings.

Draco

  Draco is a bigger sized boy that is vision impaired but can hear just fine.  He has an active energy level and would do best with
  another doggie companion and playmate with room to run.  Draco is housebroken.  He and Echo are siblings, approximately 10-12
  months old, and we believe to be Aussie/Border Collie.

Ike

 Ike is about 6 months old.  He is deaf and although vision impaired, is able to get around with
 easily.  Ike is a very playful and confident boy.  He gets along great with his doggie friends, both
 large and small.  He also lives with kitties.  Ike uses a doggie door currently.

Elliott

 Elliott about 18 wks old.  He does see and hear just fine.  Elliott is very smart and learns quickly.   He has made good friends with his
 foster siblings including kitties.  He is a very easy-going and happy puppy.

  Mike is about 3 months old.  He is deaf and although his eyes aren't perfect, he is able to get around.
  He does great with his foster siblings and uses a doggie door.

Harry

  Harry is a young adult, 2-3 yrs old.  He is housebroken and very well mannered.  Harry is still a bit timid
  on a leash in new places and although he likes riding in a car, he is has to be convinced to get in.
  Harry is great with other dogs and kids.

Brogan

                 Adopted

  Brogan is an awesome boy.  He is a middle age adult, somewhere between 5-8 yrs old.  Brogan gets along well with
  other dogs and cats.  He is deaf and vision impaired, but able to get around well.  Brogan uses a doggie door too.
  He is a med-large dog at about 70 lbs. but could stand to shed a few pounds!

Ranger

  Ranger is now 18 months old.  He was one of Pearl's puppies and can be seen on a previous Waggin' Tails page.  Ranger
  was adopted into a loving home and unfortunately his new dad developed a severe allergy to him.  Ranger is great with kids
  and other animals. He is not only very handsome, but is very well-mannered, walks nicely on a leash and travels easily.

 Ace

  Ace is a very sweet deaf boy and not quite a year old yet.  He is medium size and all Aussie!  This boy has been around kids,
  cats, dogs, and horses with no issues.  Ace loves to be with his people and is a great companion dog.

Promise

  This beauty is approximately 8-12 months old.  And In the words of her foster mom  "I have to tell you she is a delightful pup! 
  Easy, gentle, friendly, and just a terrific dog! She is knee-high and maybe 25-30 pounds.  Just a little sprite!"

  Promise was named in honor of her shelter guardian angel...who promised her she would find her a loving  home.  And her
  foster home promised that she would do the same.

  Promise is currently being fostered in Colorado and will be coming to Arizona in February.

  Ella

  Ella aka Ellie Mae is a beauty and will make a great companion.  She is very personable and gets along with everyone. 
  Ellie Mae is LuLu Belle's sibling.  We could not leave her behind to an unknown fate when we picked up LuLu Belle from
  the shelter.  Ellie Mae looks to be a lab/border collie mix. She is 9 -10 months old.

Fallon

                 Adopted

  Fallon is about 2 yrs old.  She is smaller sized, about 30 lbs. Fallon is deaf and has some vision impairment.  She can see
  to get around.  Her coat had been shaved and is now growing in beautifully.  Fallon is a happy little girl and gets along fine with
  other doggies.  She is a velcro dog and wants to be near her humans!  Fallon is using a doggie door.

Buddy

  Buddy is a petite little guy about 2 yrs old.  He loves to go for car rides and is a great companion for his humans.
  He gets along well with other dogs and is housebroken.  Buddy is very good on a leash and enjoys walks.  He has
  no hearing or vision issues.

  Chip is quite a handsome boy.  He is deaf and now almost 8 months old.  Chip will be a  bigger
  boy when an adult.  He gets along well with other dogs, and should be fine with cats and kids.

Spud

  Spud is a very nice deaf boy about 8 months old.  He will be on the smaller side for a medium dog when full grown.  Spud is
  great with kids, and other dogs.  He will be a great companion!

Reno

                  Adopted

  Reno is a mild mannered almost 8 month old Aussie/Border Collie mix.  He is housebroken and uses
  a doggie door.  Reno is a great playmate to his foster doggie companions.

  Reno was found abandoned in a supermarket parking lot along with siblings Cheyenne and Dallas.

Scotty

                  Adopted

  Scotty is about10 months old.   Scotty walks nicely on a leash, and plays great
   with dogs of all ages and kitties too!  He does get a big excited with cats if they run.
   Scotty was rather thin upon arrival and is gaining weight with having
  regular and healthy meals. Scotty has a wonderful personality.

Maya

                  Adopted

  Maya is a well adjusted, friendly girl.  She is has both hearing and vision although neither are perfect. 
  Her foster home has a ranch, so she is used to being around horses, cats, and other dogs.

  Maya fractured her leg on 4/28/08.  She had a plate and 14 screws placed along 3 breaks to stabilize
  her leg.  She has been on limited activity and will return to the doc for follow up X-rays the last part
  of June.  Maya definitely feels great and wants to run and play with the other dogs.  She has been a
  very tolerant patient and is a real sweetheart. 

 

 

Kayla

                 Adopted

  This is Kayla.  She is an adorable 6 month old deaf & blind love bug.  Kayla is very confident
  and has no fear of finding her way around.  Her nose is incredible....there is no sneaking any food
  past her!  Kayla is great with the other dogs and they all love her. 

  Kayla is spayed, micro-chipped and current on vaccinations. 

Penny

                   Adopted

  Penny is about 10 wks old.  She is considered a mini aussie.  Penny is very smart and is a very playful with her doggie companions.
  Since she is still a baby, Penny is learning about doggie manners and housebreaking.

  Penny is current on vaccinations and micro-chipped.  Because of her age, a spay contract will be required.

Lindsay

  Lindsay is deaf and  a real sweetheart.  She is very well mannered and loves her human and doggie companions!
  She walks very nicely on a leash and enjoys car rides.

  Quigley

  Quigley is an awesome boy about 2 yrs old.  He is very personable and gets along with dogs,  cats, and kids. 
   He rides well in a car and has good leash manners.  Quigley is housebroken.

Selah

                  Adopted

  Selah is a medium sized girl that has both hearing and vision, although neither are perfect.  She
  is doggie door trained and a great companion playmate for other doggies and of course people too!
  Selah has been around both horses and goats.  She is also crate trained.

Mac

                          Adopted

  This deaf big guy is about 4-5 yrs old. He is twice the size he should be, currently weighing in at 90 lbs.
  Mac has been put on a healthy exercise and weight loss diet.  He has a wonderful personality and will make
  a great companion.  Mac is crate trained, rides nicely in a car, and gets along very well with other
  dogs, and kids.  Cats are unknown at this point in time.  Sadly Mac was at the shelter because his family became
  jobless and lost their home.  He is hoping for another family to love and care for him. 
  Mac has plenty of love to give in return!
